1. ACCEPTANCE
By using goldminds.tattoo or booking with Gold Minds Tattoo Gallery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book appointments.
2. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
Custom work requires an appointment. Deposits, when collected, are non refundable and apply toward the total cost of the tattoo. Reschedules require at least 48 hours notice or the deposit is forfeited.
3. AGE & ID
You must be 18 or older to be tattooed at Gold Minds. A valid government issued photo ID is required at every appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
4. AFTERCARE
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by your artist. Gold Minds is not responsible for healing issues caused by failure to follow aftercare.
5. CONTENT & IMAGERY
Photos of completed work may be shared on our website and social channels for portfolio and marketing purposes. Let your artist know in advance if you prefer your work not be posted.
6. APPAREL SALES
Sniper Gang apparel sold at Gold Minds is sold in store only and is final sale unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
